Beginning 15 February 2022 at 11am, Namaste on the Beach will begin teaching Chakra Yoga at the Sound Café + Enlightened Studios in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This class is donations based and available for all levels of Yoga Practice!

Learn your Chakra Energetic Systems through yoga and meditation in a safe space. Discover the correlated Crystals, Elements, Mudra, Senses, Sounds, Oils and more.... This class is meant to be fun and colorful and visual as well as a way to give yourself love. Self love and self reflection is an important part growing and learning about yourself and who you want to be.
