Hello Yogis!

I just want to thank you for your support to my business Namaste on the Beach, Inc! Each of you are so pleasant and such a joy to see each week! Thanks to The Sound Café + Enlightened Studios, as they are a wonderful host each Tuesday and Sunday Morning!

Don't forget to have a sip of coffee or a snack after practice at the Sound Café! Without the Cafe and Studio, I couldn't provide practice Tuesdays and Sundays! Support other events, such as listening to Allen Rayfield sing on Sundays directly after yoga!

You may have noticed the Chakra Bag on the coffee bar each week... Well you can WIN this bag and all of the contents! Whoever attends the most sessions from 15 March until 30 April will win the bag! Valued at over $100! Bring a friend, and you can have an extra chance to win.
