I teach Yoga and Fitness classes at The Will Well in Pace, Florida regularly. I primarily teach Gentle Hatha and Yin yoga.
I am also available on a one-on-one basis. My background includes helping people through chronic pain and emotional stress as well as daily fitness.
I am available for retreats in the local area, as well.
