Namaste on the Beach is making fast friends with different businesses around the Emerald Coast! These businesses are also featured on the "Small Business" page of this site. I honor all small businesses and amazing people who have helped me along my journey and inspired me.

Lillian Interval Training in Lillian, AL has provided me with the opportunity to teach HIIT classes and obstacles in their Gym! Not only do I get to do something I love.... teach.... but it gives my good friend and fellow Yoga Teacher, Katie, the time to focus on growing her business with this Gym. If you are in the southeast Alabama and Pensacola, FL area, this is the gym for you! We have so much fun and it really is a family over here!

Cole with the Sound Cafe + Enlightened Studios in Fort Walton Beach, Florida has partnered with me to teach yoga classes every Tuesday at 11am, beginning February 15th, 2022. This beautiful Café and event space is always full of exciting events such as Jam Sessions, Drag Shows, Art Markets, Meditation, Sound Baths, Art Shows, and there is always a great assortment of coffees and foods.

Paul with High Point Drones has graciously volunteered his time to help me with my pictures and media. He took the time to take his fancy camera and drone out to take photos for me to showcase my business. We had such a fun day out there on the coast of our beautiful beaches at Pensacola Beach!
